I'm unsure on what size to purchase
The best way to find this answer is grab a tape measure and a t-shirt from your wardrobe, and measure it from armpit to armpit then times the number by 2 and that's your size you will need to order
How long will it take for you to dispatch my order?
If the items you order are in stock, you Item will be despatched 1-2 working days. If you need a specific item for a special occasion we can upgrade your order to Next Day (U.K. Only) this can be done simply by giving us a call or sending us an email, as this option is not available to online ordering. All of our items at GearDepot are custom made to order so please ensure you give all the necessary details.
Which Payment Methods do you accept?
- If you have an account we have no problems accepting payment in this way,if you don't have an account then simply click on the PayPal logo.Its free and easy to join
Postal payments : Cheques/ Postal orders payable to: Storm Graphics
At this moment in time we do not accept Telephone payments as we do not have this facility. We will however be upgrading this in the near future.
**We suggest you use one of the above options, as sending Money through the post can be very dangerous and unreliable and we do not accept any responsibility for any loses that may occur if this option is chosen***
I have my own Artwork/Design is it possible for you to put this onto a T-shirt/Mug ect ?
YES of course we can, whether it be large format i.e. Banners or just a simple sticker there are various items to choose from.We specialise in meeting ALL our customers requirements from corporate events personalised merchandise and Special occasions. To one off designs. All you need to do is email us at sales@storm-graphics.com or give us a call and our team will do their best to help .We also have the facility for you to upload large files to our server
I live outside the U.K. can I still purchase items
Yes the easiest way is to use our Paypal facility. If you send us payment by Post, remember that we only accept U.K. Pound Sterling only.
Shipping Cost & Despatch Times
U.K All our items are dispatched First Class unless a different method has been requested (see above) and this depending on the postal service (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) usually takes1-3 working days to arrive. We also use our own courier service for larger orders which we can arrange on a 'next day delivery'
Europe All items purchased are sent First Class air mail (unless otherwise requested) and usually are expected to arrive within 4-7 working days after being dispatched from the U.K.Excluding Bank holidays etc
USA and Rest of the World
Deliveries made to America and the rest of the world can take anything from 5-20 days after being despatched from the U.K.The average time seems to be 10 days if you have any problems after the 20 days then please don't hesitate to contact us.
Do you have a Returns Policy?
As all products are custom made to order we can only accept returns of products in their original unworn, clean, condition within 7 days of dispatch at the discretion of our Customer Services team, provided that either the goods have been damaged in transit, or the goods suffer from a manufacturing defect.
N.B Returns will only be accepted with our prior knowledge.
